Does one have to be in a calm or good mood before critiquing wine or is it OK to do so after a long, painful, glad I don't own a weapon drive on the interstate? I hope the latter is true because I am now relaxing with a glass of "Bliss" as the day is behind me and I can feel my heart rate returning to normal. This California wine seems to be just what my nerves needed. It is a blend of citrus and melon with a hint of the outdoors. Not so much of a woodsy flavor but more of a grassy, flowery taste. I like it. I think I will give this wine a rating of 16, losing a point for the very slight bitter after taste.
Until next bottle, cheers!
